Orviyo is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains clearly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and how you can control it. We believe in full transparency — no hidden clauses, no confusing legal jargon.

1. Overview

Orviyo ("Orviyo", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered business automation platform that helps businesses automate customer communication, lead management, and appointment booking. We operate this website and the Orviyo platform.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, submit a consultation request, or interact with our services. It applies to all visitors, users, and business clients who engage with Orviyo.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

This policy is written in plain language. If you have any questions about anything in it, please reach out to us directly — we're happy to explain.

2. Data We Collect

We collect two types of information: information you provide to us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our website.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Full name — provided when you submit a consultation request or contact form.
  • Email address — used to respond to your inquiry and send service-related communications.
  • Phone number — used to contact you via call or WhatsApp as per your stated preference.
  • Business name — helps us understand your organisation and tailor our response.
  • City and location — used to understand your geographic context and service availability.
  • Industry / business type — helps us match you with the most relevant Orviyo features and workflows.
  • Business requirements — the description you provide of what you want to automate or improve.
  • Preferred contact method — WhatsApp, phone call, or email, as selected by you.
  • Messages and correspondence — any communication you send us via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form.

Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address — collected by our hosting infrastructure for security and abuse prevention.
  • Browser type and version — helps us ensure compatibility and improve the website experience.
  • Device type — desktop, tablet, or mobile, used for responsive design improvements.
  • Pages visited and time spent — helps us understand which content is most useful to visitors.
  • Referring URL — the page or source that brought you to our website.
  • Session data — anonymised interaction data used to improve website performance.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, payment card details, government-issued ID numbers, biometric data, or health records through this website.

3. Contact Form & Business Inquiry Data

When you submit a consultation request or contact form on our website, the information you provide is:

  • Transmitted securely over HTTPS to our backend systems
  • Stored in a secure cloud database — with role-based access controls
  • Optionally sent to our team via EmailJS for immediate notification and follow-up
  • Accessible only to authorised Orviyo team members who need it to respond to your inquiry

We store this data to enable us to follow up with you, schedule your consultation, and maintain a record of our business relationship. We do not use your inquiry data for any purpose other than responding to you and improving our services.

If you submit a form and later wish to have your data deleted, you can request this at any time by emailing orviyotech@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries — to reply to your consultation request, answer questions, and provide information about our services.
  • Scheduling consultations — to arrange and confirm your free 30-minute product walkthrough.
  • Service delivery — to configure, deploy, and support your Orviyo automation setup if you become a client.
  • Service communications — to send you confirmations, updates, and important notices related to your inquiry or service.
  • Product improvement — to understand how visitors use our website and identify areas for improvement.
  • Security and fraud prevention — to detect and prevent abuse, spam, or unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Legal compliance — to meet our obligations under applicable Indian and international laws.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We will never use your data for unsolicited advertising or share it with marketing agencies without your explicit, informed consent.

5. Communication Consent

By submitting a consultation request or contact form on our website, you are explicitly consenting to being contacted by Orviyo via the communication method you selected (WhatsApp, phone call, or email). This contact will be solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and scheduling your consultation.

We will not add you to any marketing mailing list or send you promotional messages without your separate, explicit consent. If at any point you wish to stop receiving communications from us, simply reply to any message with "STOP" or email us at orviyotech@gmail.com and we will remove you from all contact lists immediately.

If you become an Orviyo client, service-related communications (such as setup updates, billing notices, and support responses) are necessary for the delivery of our services and cannot be opted out of while the service relationship is active.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes. Period.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — we use a small number of trusted third-party tools to operate our business (detailed in Section 7). These providers process data only on our behalf and under strict data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Orviyo, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

In all cases, we take reasonable steps to ensure that any party receiving your data treats it with the same level of protection we apply.
